Because each piece is handmade and energetically customized, all sales are generally final. However, your happiness matters to us! If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem-either by sending a replacement, offering store credit, or providing a refund if appropriate.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, as each item is one-of-a-kind and energetically personalized.

  • If your item is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a replacement or refund, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Custom and Digital Items

  • All custom orders and digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.
