Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

All orders are handmade and processed within 3–7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your package. We ship via USPS (or your chosen carrier) and offer domestic and international shipping where available.

Packaging:

Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and energetically intact

Delivery Time:

Domestic (U.S.): 2–8 business days after shipping

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos. For lost packages, contact us if your tracking shows no movement for 14 days (domestic) or 30 days (international).

 

Incorrect Addresses:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, you are responsible for reshipping costs.
